Pricing

All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Learn Play Nexus shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

 

Refunds Policy

At Learn Play Nexus, we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. We pride ourselves on the high quality of our products and service. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items for any reason. That’s why you will be allowed to return goods 7 days after receipt.

By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.

To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number, date of purchase, product and amount, giving the reason for the return. Please then package the relevant item securely in the original packaging and send it to us within 7 days following the date that the item was delivered to you. On receipt of the returned item we will assess the item/s and refund/credit as required.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

 

Damaged Goods and Claims

If on arrival your products are damaged, incomplete, incorrect or short delivered notification must be made within 5 working days of delivery. For goods that aren’t delivered, notification should be made within 7 days of the invoice date. Claims outside this period will not be accepted. You need to gain prior authorisation before returning your goods and must quote your account number and relevant reference number.

 

Refused Deliveries

For any deliveries that are refused without reason, we reserve the right to charge you for delivery, plus an additional 20% handling charge, or minimum of £10 whichever is greater.

 

Return of Goods

Learn Play Nexus product guarantees refer to the quality, durability and relative fitness for purpose during the first 12 months after delivery. Guarantees will be invalidated if, in our opinion, product failure is caused by inappropriate or excessive use. Any products returned will be assessed by our quality assurance department before any compensation is given. If we find no fault with the item(s) then no refund will be issued and we reserve the right to charge a 20% handling fee, or minimum of £10 whichever is greater, plus recover any delivery charges incurred.

If an item is faulty, Learn Play Nexus reserves the right to repair or replace. If this is not possible, a credit will be issued.

Items deemed no longer required due to ordering error or surplus to requirements, may be considered for return providing prior authorisation is obtained and goods are returned in a re-saleable condition, in the original packaging and within the first calendar month following dispatch. Notification should be within 5 days of delivery and where authorisation is obtained a 20% handling charge or minimum of £10 whichever is greater will be charged. Learn Play Nexus will not accept returned goods without prior authorisation or in a non-saleable condition – in such cases goods must be paid for in full by the customer and the standard handling fee (above) will be charged along with any delivery fees incurred.

For special orders or direct delivery, it may not be possible to return goods and Learn Play Nexus will invoice the full amount.

Please note: we only accept Pounds Sterling and Euros.

Delivery and Refunds

Delivery

Delivery is £8.95 / €8.95, or free over £100 / €100.

Prices quoted are for ground floor delivery only and any special requirements should be stated when placing the order.

After placing your order, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.

We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days. If you require your order sooner, please get in touch and we will do our best to accomodate this.

This excludes indoor play & classroom furniture which is supplied direct from the manufacturer. These are made to order and may take up to 6 to 8 weeks to be delivered.

 

Overseas Delivery

Refunds Policy

On receipt of the returned item we will assess the item/s, the money will be put back on to the credit/debit card that was used to place the order online.

​Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.

​For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 30 GBP.
